Safe Cosmetics Week of Action: June 18th-26th
Give Toxic Cosmetics Safety Makeover
Join thousands of people across North America in demanding that some of the largest cosmetics companies in the world, including L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, and Procter and Gamble, stop opposing safe cosmetics legislation in California and elsewhere and sign the Compact for Safe Cosmetics, a pledge to stop using toxic chemicals and replace them with safer alternatives. More than 140 companies have signed the Compact so far!

Rick Roberts Sued By ACLU Over Mt. Soledad Cross
GO RICK!
An overwhelming amount of support for the cross and Rick Roberts today from San Diegans as Rick broke the news that the ACLU is funding a new roadblock lawsuit filed by atheist attorney Jim McElroy. This lawsuit is meant to intimidate and drain funds away from the efforts to keep the cross on Mt. Soledad.
To counter that attack, Rick started a fundraiser this morning with Committee Chair Phil Thalheimer in studio. At last count over $40-thousand has been raised, most of which came during the on air broadcast.

Every penny will go to San Diegans for the Mt. Soledad National War Memorial.
